I ordered Beardye's Dark Brown color, lost the instructions, e-mailed support & got a copy quickly. That's where support ended. I tried it & it turned my beard bright yellow w/green hue. Asked for support & no answer. Tried it again the next day to see if a double application would help & it just turned into a slightly-darker yellow w/green hue. Still no support. Even if it got the right color, it's fake-looking because it doesn't leave any grey at all, and I have to shave as it won't scrub off. Don't want my money back, just want to inform the public about my experience with this product & the seller's lack of support afterward.
